Dark Roast (Whole-bean)

This is an intense, bold coffee with pronounced smoky overtones and notes of dark cocoa. The result is a complex, strong cup of coffee ideal for after dinner.

Preparation

Your beans should be ground to suit your preferred brewing method. A course grind is perfect for a cafetiere. Use a medium grind for a drip filter method and a fine grind for an espresso. Try to brew your coffee straight after grinding to get maximum flavour.

Preparation

Use approximately 12g of coffee per cup. If you are using a pour over method allow water to be slightly below boiling and leave it to brew for 3 – 4  minutes.
