Italian Roast (Whole-bean)

Darkly roasted coffee that offers a gritty smoky, earthy taste. Hints of burnt caramel and toasted peanuts come through, followed by a lingering treacle and plum finish.

Prepartion

Your beans should be ground to suit your preferred brewing method. A coarse grind is perfect for a cafetiere. Use a medium grind for a drip filter method and a fine grind for an espresso. Try to brew your coffee straight after grinding to get maximum flavour.

Once opened store in a cool dark place out of direct sunlight. Keep the bag sealed tight.

Use approximately 12g of coffee per cup. If you are using a pour over method allow the water to be slightly below boiling and leave it to brew for around 3-4 minutes.
